In our constant efforts to move up the value chain, we have built up excellent relationship with many Senior Indian professionals working in USA, Europe and Singapore and have been advising and helping them for relocating to India.
In early 1992, we started a BPO practice relating to retiral benefits ( Provident Fund , Superannuation and Gratuity ) as also payroll administration, and built up a client list of IBM, NCR, Novell, SAP, Volvo, Motorola, Allergen, Owens Corning, Levi Strauss, Lend Lease, erstwhile Mastech, Akzo Nobel Coatings, LG Soft (Korean company) Command International (Phoenix subsidiary) etc
This BPO practice is now managed by Hewitt Associates of USA, who bought it over from India Life Pension, who in turn had acquired it from us with help from VC funding from Boston ( USA ).
We are now back in Provident Fund Consulting also, but only at a Strategic Level.
Our President, Mr.Nandu Kanuga, is a Chartered Accountant from the Scottish Institute and has had over 20 years of general management experience in leading Corporates in India and abroad and thereafter 15 years leadership experience in KBC Associates.
